These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LaunchpadFast LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. LaunchpadFast LLC owns and operates LeadPanther.ai, an automated inbound lead generation and lead magnet delivery platform for LinkedIn.

2. How LeadPanther.ai Works

LeadPanther.ai automates the delivery of your lead magnets to users who engage with your LinkedIn content. It monitors comments on ALL your LinkedIn posts—past, present, and future—identifies users requesting your lead magnet, automatically delivers via LinkedIn DM, and captures lead information.

3. Account Safety

The Platform implements anti-detection technology including randomized delays, human-like behavior patterns, intelligent rate limiting, and configurable work hours.
